Hydrographic Survey

Our broad experience in seabed survey covers a range of applications including MBES and sidescan of cable routes, scour assessment, UXO, USBL positioning, and habitat mapping. Alongside typical hydrographic work we also offer metrology, physical & chemical environmental assessment, and terrestrial surveys including vessel dimensional control.

We work with you to choose the best equipment, deployment method and delivery options to suit your requirements. From initial project planning, through to data collection and reporting, we undertake the full work scope to guarantee success.

We apply a consultative approach to survey and focus on delivering tailor-made solutions whether your project is offshore, coastal or in landWhatever the survey solution, you can be assured that you receive the highest quality survey data accessible, with collection supervised by a Certified Cat A Hydrographer.

At our clients’ disposal is a wide array of hydrographic equipment including stateoftheart dualhead multibeam systems, side scan sonars and various positioning systems, depending on requirements.

We provide processing, analysis, and reporting services which enable our clients to make safe decisions about their subsea assets.

Our SubSLAM live 3D vision systems are the latest and fastest method for conducting point-to-point measurements for subsea metrology. This is the latest tool available, designed to supersede laser scanning with its time of data capture and time of processing. The application of Rovco SubSLAM can bring about large reductions in vessel time and therefore cost.
